The company’s Managing Director, Dr. Sukhdev Singh, and senior management planted trees to mark the completion of the project. The company’s senior management and other dignitaries were also present.
The project has been completed in collaboration with Eco Sikh Foundation, an expert organization in forestation. The company had signed an agreement with the Eco Sikh Foundation to plant 10,000 trees within their projects.
Dr. Sukhdev Singh expressed his delight at the completion of the project, stating that such small nano forests. He says we can significantly improve our disrupted ecosystem and help mitigate global warming threats. He praised the entire AGI team and the Eco Sikh Foundation for their efforts.
During the event, they presented a book to the Eco Sikh Foundation written by Jasbir Wattawali. This Book provides detailed information about the 43 native tree species planted in the forest. Also, the book highlights the unique characteristics, Ayurvedic uses, commercial uses, and other uses of these tree species.
